Single Sign On (SSO) is a GE-wide initiative and all SSO issues for active employees are handled at the business level.
Therefore, you must contact your local End User Computing or
Help Desk for support and assistance. If you do not know how to contact your local End User Computing or Help Desk, please
refer to your leader or local Human Resources representative for the contact information.

If you do not remember your SSO Password, you can reset your password by following the below process. You will need to answer Challenge questions as part of the reset process. If you do not remember the answers to your challenge questions; please contact your SSO helpdesk to reset your account.
Please go to https://benefits.ge.com.
Click on "Forgot SSO Password" and enter you SSO User ID.

If you do not know your SSO User ID and Password, you can retrieve your SSO User ID and reset password by clicking the below link:
To retrieve the SSO User ID assigned to you; you will be prompted to enter your Social Security Number (SSN) and Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you don't have a PIN or have forgotten your PIN, you must complete, sign and return a PIN form to the GE PIN Processing Center.
If you have trouble verifying your data to submit a PIN request online, you may contact the GE Benefits Center at 1-800-252-5259 or
770-250-7198 and request a PIN form directly. You will be prompted to enter your SSN and PIN. If you do not enter a PIN, please wait and additional options will be provided to request a PIN form.
