If you are a spouse/dependent covered under a GE Employees benefit plans please contact the GE Enrollment Center at 1-800-252-5259 (1-904-443-6551) to speak with an agent.
If you are a Surviving Spouse or beneficiary of a GE Employee and are receiving a payment on behalf of the Employee, you may already have an SSO ID assigned to you.
To retrieve your SSO ID and register your account, please follow the instructions below.
To retrieve the SSO User ID assigned to you; click on “Register for SSO” on the benefits.ge.com homepage.
You will be prompted to enter your Social Security Number (SSN) and Benefits Personal Identification Number (PIN).
If you don't have a PIN or have forgotten your PIN, you must complete, sign and return a PIN form to the GE PIN Processing Center.
If you have trouble verifying your data to submit a PIN request online, you may contact the GE Benefits Center at 1-800-252-5259 or
770-250-7198 and request a PIN form directly. You will be prompted to enter your SSN and PIN. If you do not enter a PIN, please wait and additional options will be provided to request a PIN form.
